Saturday 14^th November

I propose to have an Indian pre brief evening either at my house 8 Hilary road or if there are a large number of responders a probably the worlds end Bradford on Tone

The evening will be very informal at start around 7:00 pm until whatever and it will give anyone thinking of coming on the 2016 trip a chance to meet with those going and those that have been before

Please bring your passport if your coming or forward me a scan of the relevant page before so I have a copy

The plan this year ( as it is at the moment is to fly from Birmingham on

Wednesday 10^th February  leavin g early morning and return on the Morning of the 25^th February although there might be a movement of one or two days to get the best flights

I will need £600 deposits before the 21 November in order for me to book and pay for flights the reminder of the cost will be needed by the new year.

Costs I am hoping that I can keep the cost to below £3000 for this year, although I am waiting for the price if we have an overnight in Dubai
